Please take time to read these Terms & Conditions as they apply to all transactions by customers on this website.
Making a purchase from the Westcott & Williams website is easy. Browse at your leisure and add our lovely items into your shopping basket.
We try to describe items in the best possible way. Please be aware that colours may look different on a screen and that we recommend that if you are buying paint, for a true representation, we recommend that you use an Annie Sloan Colour Card.

Shipping & Handling.
Our delivery charge is £5.95 regardless of order size or quantity and does not include furniture or mirrors. We only ship goods to the Mainland UK. We aim to dispatch orders received before 2pm on the same day and use Royal Mail and UPS wherever possible. Parcels are packed during shop opening hours and are wrapped with good care. We do not offer a next day delivery service. We ship goods to the address supplied by you, if the address is incorrect then we can not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation.
Furniture and mirrors must be collected from the shop.
Returns Policy.
To return an item for a refund, we must be notified by email within five days of the receipt of the parcel in the first instance. If a return is agreed the delivery must be returned to the shop at 41 West Street, Dorking, RH4 1BU unopened and in its original packaging. We will refund once we have received and processed the items. A refund on postage will not be given unless the goods were sent out faulty.
Privacy.
Westcott & Williams Ltd does not disclose information to third parties other than with third parties when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. We do not store credit card details.
